Crawfish Farm group field tours in Jeff Davis Parish operate from March to May (the crawfish harvest season) on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings.

Spectators will experience the habitat, harvest, calculation, distribution, and consumption of Louisiana’s #1 crustacean.
