Where Community, Tradition, and Fun Come Together
Join us for the annual 2025 Jeff Davis Parish Fair at the Jennings Fairgrounds! From September 29 – October 4, enjoy a week filled with community traditions, contests, and family fun. Highlights include the Queen’s Pageant, Talent Show, livestock shows, arts and crafts, carnival rides, and plenty of food!

MONDAY, September 29, 2025
8:00pm – 6:00pm – School Booths may be put up
TUESDAY, September 30, 2025
8:00am to 6:00pm – Entries must be made in Fairgrounds Office (337) 824-1773, (including poultry, rabbits,
livestock, agriculture and homemaking entries)
8:00am – 6:00pm School booths may be set up
(No livestock will be permitted in the barn until Friday morning, October 3)
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2025
11:00am – Deadline for School Booth Set up
11:00am – Judging all booths
6:30pm – Talent show, Fairgrounds Arena
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2025
9:00am – Judging of agricultural and homemaking exhibits.
6:00pm – Queen’s Pageant, Fairgrounds
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2025
6:00am to 9:00am – All livestock, poultry and rabbits must be in barn
9:00am – Parade
11:00am – Judging of Swine and Dairy
11:00am – Judging of Sheep & Goats
11:00am – Judging of Beef
12:00pm – Judging of Rabbits followed by Poultry
5:00pm – All poultry, rabbits and livestock must be out of the barn
MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2025
12:00 Noon to 5:00pm – All exhibits must be picked up at Fairgrounds Multi-Purpose Building.
7:00am – 5:00pm – All educational booths must be removed.
